Our fee structure is the same everywhere: 96.00 euros as a basic assignment charge for file creation, data archiving and case organisation, an hourly rate of 94.00 euros with quarter-hour increments per deployed detective and 1.30 euros per kilometre travelled. As part of the corporate policy of Kurtz Investigations, we do not charge expenses according to flat rates but solely based on the actual expenditure – meaning that you only pay what is genuinely incurred.

All our deployed investigators are trained specialists and can demonstrate many years of experience as detectives, police officers, customs investigators etc. Nevertheless, we offer our services at comparatively very moderate prices and voluntarily orient ourselves – without compulsory membership – towards the Code of Honour of the German Association of International Detectives. We guarantee consistently high quality at all times of day and night at the same fee rates – night, holiday or weekend surcharges do not apply (exception: Christmas and New Year's Eve).

Another specialist field is the installation, maintenance and analysis of professional video surveillance systems. If your front garden, for example, is regularly vandalised and you wish to catch the perpetrators red-handed, our technicians install a video system for 200.00 euros per day (including four cameras and a recorder), with the daily rate decreasing the longer the system is in use. Installation, dismantling and analysis of the system by our video technicians are generally charged at 84.00 euros per hour.

 

For business clients, our commercial investigators from Mannheim offer further procedures, including the use of counter-surveillance technology that is deployed when there is a suspicion of corporate espionage in order to detect listening devices and other transmitters. For this technically demanding service, which is costly in both equipment and training, we charge 45.00 euros per square metre.
